Akinwunmi said in a radio interview that the Eagles are a young and proficient team who will marvel many at Russia 2018. “they may be young, gifted and disciplined and with some good fortune, they will do wonders in Russia and marvel skeptical Nigerians,” Akinwunmi declared.
“There could be 200 million Nigerian rooting for them to victory. “As a real Nigerian, there's no worry.” The NFF pinnacle official also stated they are yet to set a goal for the team at the world Cup.
